2. Graphic orders (of any kind) are all custom, and are not returnable.
3. We cannot held responsibility for slightly color deviation of the print.
4. Problems with banner printing like typos or incorrect files will be replaced at customer own expense.
5. Notification of return must be made within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise.
6. Return items must be returned in new condition with original packaging within 3 days.
7. Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees on returns.
8. We are not responsible for any damage or loss in transit and could not take liability for courier company delay.
9. All items are inspected before shipping. Contact us immediately if shipping damage is discovered.
