    We are offering you a beautiful dark cobalt blue carnival leaf & scroll decorative plate.  This measures 7 1/2" wide.  It is marked on the back with the Westmoreland Glass circle logo.  Good condition with no chips, cracks, or scratches. Has a gorgeous iridized finish!
