    This is a magnetic holder for knives, tools, and most metal utensils.  Grasps objects firmly, yet releases without effort.  Installs easily with recessed screws included.  Permanent magnetism - no moving parts.
    This kitchen utensil magnetic bar was manufactured by Bidwell Industrial Group, Middletown, Connecticut USA, model 0121.  It was sold by Victorinox Forschner under the model number 43993.  Please note there is no Victorinox Forschner labeling on the box or the item itself.  Also, the picture on box shows the bar in a wood color, but the bar in the box is black.  This is how the item was packaged and shipped to the store for sale.  The magnetic holder is new.  it is old store inventory.
