This silicone basting brush features multi-layered bristles. These silicone bristles work like natural pastry brushes, but they are heat-resistant and won't clump together. Gaps in the center bristles hold liquid as you transfer, and the tapered outer bristles make basting a breeze. The heat-resistant bristles won't scorch if they touch a hot pan.
Made of BPA-free silicone, this pastry brush has an angled head to keep bristles off the countertop. The brush is dishwasher safe, so cleanup is simple. The large pastry brush is heat resistant up to 600 degrees Fahrenheit.
