Red Carnival Glass Iced Tea Water Set w/ Pitcher & 4 Tumblers Eyewinker Mosser

Description

This is a dazzling Ruby Red Carnival Glass Water Set. It includes a pitcher and 4 tumblers.
The glass is a clear bright ruby red. The medium carnival finish radiates a warm rainbow of colors - from green and blue to purple and teal, and even metallic gold.
The ornate pattern is called Eyewinker, but has also been called Cannon Ball and Winking Eye. (The design was originally made by Dalzell, Gilmore, & Leighton in 1889!)
Has a slight flare to the side, a short pedestal and flat base for stability. Similar to the water pitchers used at road side taverns in the old days.
The pitcher is in a classic tavern shape.  Has short pedestal and wide foot for stablitity.  Stands 8" to the top of the pour spout and 7" at the sides. Easily holds 3 cups (24 oz).
The 4 tumblers are appx 4" tall and easily hold 6 oz (3/4 cup). Comfortable to hold.
This set is the perfect size for iced tea, ice water, lemonade and any of your favorite beverages.
New and in mint condition.
An excellent example of hand made pressed glass at its finest.
