Shipping
Shipping Policy
We know you would rather have your purchase sooner than later so we ship as fast as possible.
We try our best to ship most of our packages by FedEx Ground the same business day if checkout is completed by 2:00PM PST.
On many items we offer multiple shipping options in addition to the standard ground shipping. Click on the eBay shipping tab at the top of this listing for other shipping options.
Emergency Overnight Service:
On many parts and some servers we offer emergency overnight shipping. Contact us if you need this service. Overnight shipping is expensive but we understand the urgency when a production server is down.
Alaska, Hawaii, PR, Canada Shipping:
The shipping prices listed are for the 48 contiguous states. If you want the product to be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii please request an invoice as the flat shipping fee does not apply for these areas. We will search for the cheapest shipping to your area. As a general rule we do not ship to Canada but we do make exceptions if the customer is willing to schedule the shipping and handle the customs paperwork.
International Shipping:
We gladly ship to all international customers. International customers should email
first for shipping costs if not otherwise specified in the listing. We are extremely happy to ship to you wherever you live! However, please bear in mind that, while we do everything in our power to get your package to you on time, certain things sometimes remain out of our control.
Items are shipped within 24 to 48 hours after payment has been received. Once an item is shipped you will receive an email stating it has been shipped.

60-Day Warranty:
This product is warranted for 60 days from the date of shipment against defective arrival. Any Defective or DOA product must be reported within 14 days of shipment. Each product is tested and is in working condition when it is shipped. Unfortunately on rare occasion, damages may occur during shipment or we may make a shipping mistake. If this happens, don't worry, we will stand behind our products!
Warranty Return Policy:
We reserve the right to provide either a replacement product or refund if the product is found to be defective. No returns will be processed after the the warranty period is over.
Restocking Fee:
Please make sure this is the item you need. Although we warrant item to be in good working condition, we cannot guarantee compatibility with your equipment or software. If any doubt, or need more information, please visit the manufacturer's web site or call their customer service before placing your bid. There is a 15% restocking fee for returning an item that is not defective.
If a shipment is lost or damaged as a result of a carrier a claim will be made. Refunds will not be given until a carrier has completed their investigation and provided us with a claim cheque. Refunds or replacement products will not be given under any circumstances until the carrier's investigation is complete.

Payment Requirements:
Payment must be received within 7 days of close of auction. Product availability is not guaranteed after 7 days. If you, for some reason, cannot pay within 7 days, please notify us of your situation. If after 7 days we have not received payment without notification, we will file for a non-paying buyer notification, and we will resell the item.
Sales Tax:
If we are shipping to an address in the state of California, a sales tax of 9.5% of the purchase price will be added to your transaction.
We use the automated eBay system to process non-payment claims after 7 days.
