Tagine Big Tajine from Ukraine

Description

Tajine is a container with a high conical lid.  Feature of such ware is the form of a cover.  Due to this shape, the rising vapor condenses in the relatively cold top of the lid and drains down.  Due to the condensed liquid in the lower part, a water seal is formed, which prevents the passage of steam and odor from the prepared dish.  Any dish can be prepared in its own juice without the addition of water and oil, while retaining all the nutrients and trace elements.
Attention!  It is strictly forbidden to use earthenware, when cooking, with the use of open fire.
