Vintage 50's Tiered Crinoline Full Slip White Petticoat Little Girls Size 8-10?

Vintage 50's Tiered Crinoline Full Slip Lace Satin White Petticoat Little Girls.  Please look at pictures carefully.  There is a pink stain on front and a small tear on the side.  I did not try to repair, but it is repairable.   There is not a size in the slip, It measures 21 inches in length and is adjustable.  It measures 11 inches across the front.  The elastic in the sides has come loose from fabric in a couple of places, see photos.  It has been cleaned and from a smoke free home.
