The lacy part is 2 layers
It appears the tag has been resewn to the slip - see photo (blue thread)
Waist not stretched to stretched is 17" - 22"
Good vintage condition with no stains/holes freshly laundered delicates .
Normal wear from use, storage and laundry over the years.
