VERY CLEAN --- Welch Allyn 767 Ophthalmoscope Wall Diagnostic Unit --- comes with as one 767 Wall Transformer unit, 1x Otoscope head, 1z Ophthalmaoscope head, 1 power cord.
Very clean units but they do have some VERY minor plastic fading here & there.

Functional Condition:
This item set was pulled  from a working environment and thoroughly tested/inspected  at our facility and found to be fully functional.
Cosmetic Condition:
