    Description

    Westmoreland Carnival Glass, Vase, Ruby, 7 1/4" T, 3" D Foot, 3" D Top.  Produced ca 1983.  Has the Westmoreland trademark, original label and numbered 147-1000-83 (which we think means the 147th of 1000 vases made in 1983).  Condition - excellent (see 2 below) - no chips, cracks, or cloudiness.
    1.) Mint- Like New or New; 2.) Excellent- Used but near new with very minor wear, if any (small scratches or abrasions which are not very noticeable) 3.) Very Good- Used shows wear (scratches and/or abrasions) consistent with age of item; 4.) Fair - Shows considerable wear (many scratches or abrasions) and/or chips and/or cloudiness; 5.) Poor- Considerable wear and/or minor to severe damage
